VM CRE8 is a creative consultancy lead by Valerie Madden who is a multi-disciplined Creative Director and dot connector. Her superpowers are turning abstract into tangible and leading teams to create marketing & advertising content by visually solving the core essence of a story through design, typography, copy and video.
BIO​

With over two decades of experience in entertainment marketing and advertising, Valerie Madden is a multi-disciplined Senior Creative Director leading collaborative efforts to shape innovative 360 creative content strategies for a diverse range of Original Series, Specials, Movies and Podcasts. This includes developing Key Art for print, out of home and digital mediums, AV trailers and targeted audience spots, brand partnerships multi-media content, social media and experiential events.

Spearhead 360 creative strategy and content conceptualization to fruition at Amazon MGM Studios streaming on Prime Video for 77 original series, movies, and specials including notable projects like; Candy Cane Lane, Good Omens, UPLOAD, Fleabag, Transparent, Catastrophe, Mozart In The Jungle, Jonas Brothers Chasing Happiness, Happiness Continues Documentaries, A Very English Scandal, Red Oaks, One Mississippi, Sneaky Pete, Savage X Fenty, and Mary J Blige Documentary.

Led an in-house print and digital creative team at NBC for a decade solving the key art, branding & advertising for 216 TV series including iconic shows such as; The Office, Friends, 30 Rock, Will & Grace, Parks & Recreation, Heroes, Celebrity Apprentice, Parenthood, Law & Order SVU, and The Olympics. I still pinch myself that I had the privilege to be part of this history.

Began an entertainment marketing career as an Art Director at a creative advertising agency for 7 years moving up to Sr Art Director / Studio Manager until NBC opportunity was offered. Noteworthy Clients and projects; Warner Bros., 20th Television, Sony Pictures, Buena Vista Television, Universal Television, CBS, ABC, HBO, The WB, UPN, USA Network, Paramount Television, Lionsgate, Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Everybody Loves Raymond, Frasier, King of Queens, Malcolm in the Middle, Suddenly Susan, Seinfeld, Friends and West Wing.
PASSION AND LEADERSHIP:
Fueling my passion today is the joy of leading, collaborating with and inspiring creative teams. I thrive on diving deep into each project, crafting compelling creative content strategies for consumer campaigns. On occasion I am hands-on in Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation applications, bringing concepts to fruition for my first love of Key Art. Staying updated on the latest technology, I am excited about incorporating AI into the process to raise the bar in generating visuals like never before.

full 360 integrated marketing campaign. Oh... the stories, learnings and adventures I could share for each one.
